This thesis presentsa conceptual design proposal of revitalizing Villa Bagojvar in Palić, whichused to be part of the sports complex “Achileon”, into a museum. Basic concept wasdone after comparative research of many similar case studies, as well as in thefield of sport history in the area of South and Central Europe, that means informer Austro-Hungarian monarchy. The study on cultural landscape as a newcategory of heritage helped in finding out about the potential of this area.Therefore, revival of the environment around the main bilding is included, tocreate a stronger concept of cultural heritage in Palić.

The idea of the project was to "unlock" all the values and beauties of Villa Bagolyvar, that were left unnoticed, hidden, and maybe even forgotten since the building is out of use for about 40 years now. In order to achieve a revival of the former unity relation, a re-connection with the surrounding buildings and the environment was supposed to be accomplished. Therefore, a wider space around the main building is included in the project of revitalization.
Also, the project is based on valid measures of protection for physical structures defined by local authorities.

On the right side of the section, the small object above the ground is used as the entrance and exit. The deepest floor underground is the exhibition space for bicycles and biking equipment. From there, the vertical (historical) part of the museum can be accessed using a hydraulic platform.
